Tom Helenski
President/Founder
A consummate professional with more than 20 years of experience in the construction and cabinetry industries, Tom has spent his career working on new construction, large additions and whole-house renovations throughout the Main Line and Philadelphia suburbs. His work is so sought after that he doesn’t actively advertise for his highly successful construction company, Helenski Contracting.
His vision for Kingsmark came to life after receiving countless calls from people begging him to fix the problems caused by other contractors. Poor workmanship, insufficient communication and lack of continuity among subcontractors often resulted in long delays and higher costs. His goal was to stop the inconvenience before it happened. With his deep understanding of construction, design and logistics, he makes projects run smoothly while minimizing disruption to clients’ lives.
Tom is a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps, having served in the elite FAST Company, a special operations division of the Marines. In his free time, Tom is a volunteer firefighter with George Clay Fire Company. He lives in Gulph Mills with his family.

Keri McKeever
Director, Design & Sales
With a keen eye for design and functionality, Keri fuses the two to create spaces that are both visually stunning and purposefully efficient. She takes the time to fully understand how clients live in their current spaces and what challenges they face. Drawing inspiration from their personal styles and needs, she enhances their vision by providing customized solutions that balance bold design with strategic uses.
A graduate of LaSalle University whose first career was in the pharmaceutical industry, Keri is now thrilled to share her passion for design with returning and new clients. She lives on the Main Line with her husband, four children and their rescue pup.

Joe McMahon
Senior Project Manager
With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Joe is considered one of the best carpenters on the Main Line. Working as a project manager for large construction firms before going out on his own, he shares Tom’s vision of holistic project management and unerring client service.
He began collaborating with Tom on large-scale projects in 2016 — so when Tom founded Kingsmark, there was no question he’d want Joe on board as project manager. His reputation as an extremely skilled craftsman is supported by his attention to detail and commitment to excellence in all the work he performs and oversees.
